The first time I went to this location was in 2019. For back pain, well my blood pressure was HIGH and Dr. Lee was called. Dr. Lee made sure that all necessary test were done so before I left my pressure was DOWN. My second visit which was 11/4/21 for a hurt finger. Well again pressure was HIGH, and Dr. Lee came to my Rescue. That day Dr. Lee and her staff ( the Receptionist, nurse who gave me my Flu shot, Dr.Nur,the tech who gave me my test for vain and heart extra thumbs up to her, and of course Dr. Lee) saved my LIFE. With a pressure of 215/108 I tell u I should have had a stroke, heart attack or died. I still here to tell you that First Response on Belmont Ave. is the place to go for urgent care cause their efficient job helped save my life. My family and I thank you very much.

I came in on Wednesday to get a rapid and PCR test done, the staff was very helpful, quick and polite. I got everything done including giving a blood sample and was out within an hour and a half. When my PCR results came back they sent me an email and left me a message and one of the employees Max, was beyond helpful getting my results sent to my job. I appreciate the quick and efficient service I got from them and definitely would return to this site if more health services is needed.

HI "THE REAL REASON MANY URGENT CARE FACILITIES WERE PUT IN PLACE IS TO LESSON TO MANY UNNECESSARY HOSPITAL INTAKES"!!! "WHICH IS A GOOD THING, LESS HIGH COST MEDICAL BILLS

I go to the one on Belmont Avenue and I love it my doctor is the best she takes the time out to see what's wrong with you and she gets the job done

When it comes to keeping up with appointment reminders Sharon at the front desk is always excellent with that and she is very courteous, kind and professional as well when I'm at the clinic to visit my favorite Dr.Lee!

I love Dr. Ann Lee, she truly cares. She helps you and makes sure you always get better. She is the only doctor I trust and therefore prefer coming to this urgent care.

Sometimes the wait is long but that is to be expected when you go see a Doctor anywhere you go I have been there a bunch of times and I can say that they take good care of you from my experience!The staff are good people always helpful and polite from my visits so far From my experiences there!

I was very satisfied with my experience. I had a serious sinus infection and needed to see a doctor immediately. I made an appointment online and arrived 45 minutes early. I was seen immediately. The nurse and Dr. Deguia-Rayos were great! They both listened to my concerns, treated, and prescribed me the proper medication. The entire appointment was quick, efficient, and easy. I highly recommend First Response and will definitely be back when I'm in need of urgent care.

I got in immediately with no wait. I was fighting the flu and had bad chest pains I thought could be related to my heart. They were very thorough and kind. I was able to do a range of tests on the same day. Good follow up. I felt a little pushed on drugs and testing but as a whole I felt good about the treatment. They made sure to cover all the bases, as well as recommended suggestions for specialists for areas of concern.
